The Alliott Global Alliance (AGA) had an intense spring and early summer period in terms of conferences, with the 2024 EMEA Regional Conference in Sofia in mid-May and the AGA Impact Academy in Dublin in early June, which welcomed young professionals from member firms.
Fehér Legal & Tax was represented in Sofia by managing partner Dr Dániel Fehér and in Dublin by Dr Panna Bálits.
The 2024 EMEA Regional Conference in Sofia focused on the development of AGA’s internal communication platform (AGA One) and the development of the legal and accounting services provided by the Global Mobility working group. The session of the latter topic was chaired by Dr Dániel Fehér, who highlighted that „the AGA Global Mobility working group aims to ensure that its members work together on a regular basis to manage their clients’ local and international affairs in a competent, efficient and effective manner and to support global employers and their mobile workforce”.
In addition to the above the conference in Sofia addressed also the ESG, efficiency improvement, artificial intelligence as well as the more effective use of LinkedIn, the professional social networking portal.
Speaking about the Dublin conference, which prepared young consultants for their future leadership roles, Dr Panna Bálits said: „I am particularly grateful for the enlightening presentations by Elisabet Vinberg Hearn and Joanna Keeling. The sessions provided valuable insights into leadership and organizational development, which I look forward to putting to the test in my professional career.”
