This year Fehér Legal & Tax had the honour to host the German Circle Meeting between September 25 and 26, 2025 in Budapest, where nearly 30 delegates from the DACH countries and from Slovakia, Poland, France, Italy, the Netherlands and UK attended.

On the day of the conference our managing partner, Daniel Fehér introduced the delegates the fundaments of the Hungarian tax and social insurance regime, his presentation was followed by Dirk Wölfer, Head of Communication of the German-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DUIHK). Mr. Wölfer presented Hungary from a German perspective but in a highly objective manner with figures, data, and facts.

Following presentations introducing Hungary, CEO Giles Break informed about the latest news regarding Alliott Global Alliance. In the afternoon, issues related to the practical application of artificial intelligence by lawyers and accountants and networking topics were discussed. The review of both topics was greatly facilitated by the fact that the small number of delegates allowed for real workshop-style discussions with strong focus on the regional cooperation.

The conference was made even more memorable by a visit to the parliament, and a dinner combined with a night cruise on the Danube.

Als eine der fünf führenden multidisziplinären globalen Allianzen legt die Alliott Global Alliance großen Wert auf die regionale Zusammenarbeit zwischen ihren Mitgliedern und organisiert zu diesem Zweck regelmäßig regionale Konferenzen. Das German Circle Meeting ist ebenfalls eine solche regionale Konferenz, die jährlich stattfindet und ein wichtiges Ereignis für Mitglieder mit Geschäftsinteressen in deutschsprachigen Ländern ist.

In diesem Jahr hatte Fehér Legal & Tax die Ehre, das German Circle Meeting vom 25. bis 26. September 2025 in Budapest zu veranstalten, an dem fast 30 Delegierte aus den DACH-Ländern sowie aus der Slowakei, Polen, Frankreich, Italien, den Niederlanden und Großbritannien teilnahmen.

Am Tag der Konferenz stellte unser kanzleileitender Partner, Dr. Daniel Fehér den Delegierten die Grundlagen des ungarischen Steuer- und Sozialversicherungssystems vor. Im Anschluss an seine Präsentation sprach Dirk Wölfer, Leiter der Kommunikationsabteilung der Deutsch-Ungarischen Industrie- und Handelskammer (DUIHK). Herr Wölfer präsentierte Ungarn aus deutscher Perspektive, jedoch auf sehr objektive Weise mit Zahlen, Daten und Fakten.

Im Anschluss an die Präsentationen zur Vorstellung Ungarns informierte CEO Giles Break über die neuesten Entwicklungen bei Alliott Global Alliance. Am Nachmittag wurden Fragen zur praktischen Anwendung künstlicher Intelligenz durch Rechtsanwälte und Wirtschaftsprüfer sowie Themen zum Networking diskutiert. Die Auseinandersetzung mit beiden Themen wurde durch die geringe Teilnehmerzahl sehr erleichtert, da so echte Diskussionen im Workshop-Stil mit starkem Fokus auf die regionale Zusammenarbeit möglich waren.

Ein Besuch im Parlament und ein Abendessen in Verbindung mit einer Nachtkreuzfahrt auf der Donau machten die Konferenz zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis.

Ebben az évben a Fehér Legal & Tax-ot érte a megtiszteltetés, hogy házigazdája lehetett a Budapesten 2025. szeptember 25-én és 26-án megrendezett German Circle Meetingnek, amelyen közel 30 küldött vett részt az ún. A konferencia napján managing partnerünk, Dr. Fehér Dániel ismertette a résztvevőknek a magyar adó- és társadalombiztosítási rendszer alapjait, majd Dirk Wölfer, a Német-Magyar Kereskedelmi és Iparkamara (DUIHK) kommunikációs igazgatója tartott előadást, aki Magyarországot német szemszögből, de rendkívül objektív módon, számokkal, adatokkal és tényekkel alátámasztott előadással mutatta be.

A Magyarországot bemutató előadások után Giles Break vezérigazgató tájékoztatta a résztvevőket az Alliott Global Alliance legfrissebb híreiről. A délután folyamán a résztvevők az ügyvédek és könyvelők által alkalmazott mesterséges intelligencia gyakorlati kérdéseit és a hálózatépítés témáit vitatták meg. Mindkét téma áttekintését nagyban megkönnyítette, hogy a kis létszámú résztvevői kör lehetővé tette a műhely-jellegű, regionális együttműködésre fókuszáló megbeszéléseket.

A konferenciát a parlamentlátogatás és a vacsorával egybekötött esti dunai sétahajózás tette még emlékezetesebbé.
